It is the policy of Gentle Hands Health Care Services that home health services shall be available and shall be rendered to the total population of Miami Dade County, regardless of the recipient's race, color, age, sex or ethnic background/national origin.

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am, to 5:00 p.m. However, we are available to you at all times including weekends and holidays through 305.663.0886. Our answering service will take your message and contact the Agency on-call representative in a timely manner.

Our dedication to quality assurance is the primary objective in the staff we hire. We comply with the highest guidelines in the industry for recruiting, screening, evaluating and on-the-job supervision.

All of our employees are re-evaluated every year, and given continued training, and in-service education. On a regular basis, as pictured below, our nurses and aides are undergoing hands-on instruction in the handling of our patients.
